The plate (1) has a first flow channel (3) supplying first fluid (F1) i.e. lubricant, to a first heat exchanger (2) i.e. oil cooler, and a second flow channel (4) removing the first fluid from the first heat exchanger. A third flow channel (5) supplies second fluid (F2) i.e. coolant, to the first heat exchanger. A fourth flow channel (7) removes the first fluid from a second heat exchanger (8), and the first flow channel supplies the first fluid to the second heat exchanger. The second flow channel is connected with a fifth flow channel over a sixth flow channel (9) for feeding the fluid.
