The method involves conveying hydraulic fluid against the pressure (12) by using an electrically-powered pulsed motor-pump assembly. A pressure-loaded stopping behavior of the motor-pump assembly is determined in the form of a generator voltage that is applied to an electric motor of the motor-pump assembly, in an electric clock break. The pressure is determined from the generator voltage by using a predetermined correlation. The correction value is determined by consulting a given valve characteristic.
