The axle cap module has a spreading socket (1) that is insertable into the winding shaft carrier (2). The winding shaft carrier is formed with an engaging portion (7) which is engaged in the winding shaft in plugged-in condition by application of torque. The winding shaft carrier and the socket are coupled over key-type gearings (5,6), such that press-fit portions (10) are press fit into the winding shaft by applying torque. An independent claim is included for building opening shading device including vertical awning or roller shutter with hollow winding shaft.
