The wiper blade (10) has a wiper lip portion (14) that is engaged with window of vehicle. A piezo element (16,18) is provided for setting curvature of wiper lip portion with electrical energy. The piezo element is provided with piezo fibers (20). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing wiper blade.
