The device (1) has a base (10), a pyramid structure (20) and housing (50). The pyramid structure is located on the base and formed with three triangular side surfaces (21) and a base surface (22). The three triangular side surfaces and base surface are connected with one another. The base surface is turned away from the base. The three side surfaces are turned toward the base. The pyramid structure is secured on the base by an attachment element (30) e.g. metal pin, or heat pipe. LEDs (40) are arranged on the base surface and the three side surfaces and connected with the base.
