The method involves detecting the route data and evaluation data along a busy route through a computing unit (2) so that the route data and evaluation data are assigned to the current geographical position of a motor car. The track route data and evaluation data are provided for an external retrieval. The evaluation data is set to include foreign intervention information which indicates an interference with the driving of the motor car. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a device for providing a rating of drive along traffic route traveled by driver of motor car; (2) a system for providing a rating of drive along traffic route traveled by driver of motor car; and (3) a computer program product for providing a rating of drive along traffic route traveled by driver of motor car.
