The shoe has a self-powered active drive unit that is adjusted with the supporting force individually. The self-powered active drive unit does not rely on the kinetic energy of the foregoing. The self-powered active drive unit is selected from a group consisting of an electro-mechanical drive unit, a pneumatic drive unit, a hydraulic drive unit and an electromagnetic drive unit. The drive unit is retrofitted on present shoes.
