The system has a vibration sensor (12) i.e. acceleration sensor, arranged at a vibration source of a fan (1) to sense frequency of vibration. An arithmetic controller (13) is connected to a noise sensor (11) i.e. microphone and the vibration sensor is electrically connected to the acoustic signal and the vibration signal. A sound generator (14) i.e. speaker, is electrically connected to the controller. A vibration generator (15) is electrically connected to the controller, and receives the vibration compensation signal and generates a counter frequency for the vibration frequency of the fan.
