The rotary piston pump (D) has a rotary piston (1) rotatable in a pump chamber and two external rotors (2,3), by which inlets (10,11) and outlets (12,13) are releasable or blockable depending on the momentary positions of the external rotors. The external rotors are held in a floating and frontal seal free housing (4) in the pump chamber. The housing is made from the plastic. The external rotors oscillate in two directions, sometimes to the left direction (2b,3b) and times to the right direction.
