The device (1) has a sensing unit (7) provided in contact with sleeping humans or pillow, for detecting snoring noises. A control unit controls the moving units as a function of signals received from sensing unit. The moving units are contacted with base units (4) and upper surface elements (2) and relatively moved in presence of snoring noise. The rotationally symmetrical portions (6) of moving units are rotated relative to each other, connected with upper surface elements and base units and rolled on bent surface with variable height profile and circumference radius.
