The device has a connector (2) secured at or in a toilet-brush head (1), and a quick connect coupling unit attached in an interior of a toilet-brush handle by using glue, bolt, rivet or weld connection. A linkage is secured into a connection part of a quick change coupling unit. A push button is mounted at an upper end of the linkage. The brush head with the secured connector is inserted into the quick connect coupling unit that is secured at the brush handle. The linkage is downwardly pressed by pressing on the push button.
