The system has a plug made of plastic material for insertion into the neck of a container and arranged on exterior of the container centrally with a female luer connector (2). The female luer connector is incorporated with the plug such that a surface of the luer connector is flushed with a surface of the plug. A suction hose (4) is matched with a through-hole (8), where opening width of the hose is equal to opening width of the through hole in the plug. The suction hose extends from top to bottom of the container, and a filter is provided in a vent (5).
