The comfortable reclining device comprises an elongate board (2) for a user to support a portion of the user body, an adjustable trunk support, and rolling elements that are provided at a bottom of the board and are coupled to rolling movement of the reclining device. The trunk support with the board is articulated to a support plate (3) for supporting a part of body such as an abdominal region and/or chest of the user. The support plate is pivoted parallel to a top of the board, and is connected with the board by a hinge joint. The reclining device further comprises a pivot fitting (6). The comfortable reclining device comprises an elongate board (2) for a user to support a portion of the user body, an adjustable trunk support, and rolling elements that are provided at a bottom of the board and are coupled to rolling movement of the reclining device. The trunk support with the board is articulated to a support plate (3) for supporting a part of body such as an abdominal region and/or chest of the user. The support plate is pivoted parallel to a top of the board, and is connected with the board by a hinge joint. The reclining device further comprises a pivot fitting (6) for predetermining and defining a measure of pivoting of the support plate. The pivot fitting comprises two cross hinges each having two movable interconnected strips (9) of different lengths. The longer strips form a spacer, and are connected by screw locks.
