The folding top has a convertible roof frame (10) adjustable between a closed position and an opened position for tensioning a folding top material of the folding top. A component of the convertible roof frame is formed as a hybrid component with a base body (22) made from a plastic and as an insert structure (24) reinforced from a fiber composite material made from different plastic and the base body. An insert is partially embedded in the fiber composite material and has a fastening unit, by which an attachment (20) is fastened on the convertible roof frame.
