The pivotal arm (9) has a hydraulic fluid spacer including two fluid ports for routing hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic motor for driving a milling drum (6). The hydraulic fluid spacer is arranged between an inner surface and an outer surface of the pivotal arm. The fluid ports of the hydraulic fluid spacer are arranged in an edge wall. The hydraulic fluid spacer includes branches, and is partly formed by the pivotal arm. A material recess for receiving the fluid spacer is formed in the region between the inner surface and the outer surface of the arm. The hydraulic fluid spacer is designed as pipe and/or as hose.
