The pad (10) has an air supply device (14) provided for a head, shoulder and neck area of a seat occupant. An air guide arrangement (16) with a backrest (12) extends along an air guide element (18). A heating element (20) i.e. PTC heating element, flows air along the air guide arrangement, and is provided with a seat aerator (40), which comprises an air circulation arrangement (38) and an air circulation element (34). The heating element flows air in direction of the backrest extending along the air guide element to realize ventilation in the air circulation arrangement and the seat aerator. The air guide element is air stream channel.
