The arrangement (1) has a refrigerant circuit (2) whose output side is arranged with a heat exchanger (6). A heat exchanger (7) is connected to downstream for transferring the heat of the cooling medium sub-stream (KM-TS1) for working fluid (AF) in the working medium circuit (3), so that the working fluid in the working medium circuit is partially vaporized. The working medium circuit is designed as a steam power process, and is provided with an air-cooled condenser (10). The output side of the heat exchanger (7) is connected to the downstream of an expander (9). The exhaust heat pipe (8) guides an exhaust gas stream (AS) of the internal combustion engine (4) to a refrigerant flow portion (KM-TS1). A coolant cooler (15) cools the cooling medium sub-stream (KM-TS2) before the engine is back into the refrigerant circuit. An independent claim is included for method of utilizing waste heat of internal combustion engine of motor vehicle in waste heat recovery arrangement.
