The shears has handles (20,30) connected via hinge element. The handle (20) has stopper slit and detent. The handle (30) has through hole engaged with detent, and rotatable adjustment element (50) with actuation threaded rod with threaded hole which is engaged with dog tooth racks of angle restriction element (40). The angle restricting element has stopper end insertable through through hole to interact with detent at maximum opening angle of handle (20), which is adjusted by displacement of angle restriction element in threaded hole.
