The vessel (1) has a closure stopper (2) provided in a first closure position in which a reservoir is closed and in a second closure position in which the reservoir is opened for accommodating disposal reagent. A perforation projection is formed into the reservoir when moving the closure stopper from the first closure position into the second closure position. A material of the closure stopper is selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyamide, acrylic, polycarbonate, thermostable plastic or mixtures. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a closure stopper (2) an in-vitro method for analyzing biological specimen i.e. blood sample.
