The arrangement has an upper floor profiled element (1) and a lower floor element (2) together define a gap (3) for retaining thermal isolating, filling material (4) and connected by a connector (5) e.g. Z-carrier. The connector is provided with a bar (6), which interconnects a first flange (7) and a second flange (8). The first flange is engaged with a lateral engagement portion (9) of the floor profiled element. The second flange is connected with the lower floor element. The connector comprises glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) and/or carbon fiber-amplified plastic (CFK) and/or aluminum. The connector comprises plastic and/or sintering materials and/or biomaterials. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a floor arrangement.
