The apparatus has a plug-on portion (40) executed in form of a hollow cone. A sloping surface (411) is formed at an exit end (41). The plug-on portion comprises an external periphery (43) and an inner circumference. A smoothing portion (50) is formed to the exit end of the plug-on portion. The smoothing portion comprises a head portion (51) and two corner portions (52). A joint sealant suction (60) is extended to the sloping surface on a basis of an inner surface (53). An outer surface (54) is connected with the external periphery of the plug-on portion.
