The device has a clamping lever (11) or an actuating lever including a holding section (15) with an insertion opening (17) for an axle, where an opening width (w) of the opening is smaller than a diameter of the axle. The holding section is elastically expandable in a region of the insertion opening for inserting the axle such that a detent connection is formed between the axle and the holding section after inserting the axle into the holding section. The axle is enclosed by the holding section, and forms a form-fit connection. The clamping lever or the actuating lever is made of plastic.
