Transportable device (1) for filtering phosphates from wastewater, comprises (a) a distribution unit for distributing the wastewater on a phosphate adsorbing substrate (12) which is introducible into the device, (b) a measuring unit for measuring the phosphate concentration of the water passed through the phosphate absorbing substrate, (c) a transmitter for transmitting a signal, and (d) a unit for lifting and loading the device in a transport vehicle. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing a soil auxiliary, comprising passing the phosphate-containing wastewater through the phosphate adsorbing substance using the above device such that the phosphate adsorbing substance binds and adsorbs phosphate from the wastewater, to obtain the soil additive; and (2) a system for filtering phosphates from the wastewater, comprising the above transportable device, a receiver for receiving the signal emitted by the transmitter of the device, and optionally the phosphate absorbing substrate.
