The outfit has cuffs e.g. rear cuff (1), arm cuff (2), leg cuff (3) and chain cuff (4), attached to a body. Elastic straps (6, 7) connect fastening points of the cuffs with one another such that a body joint lying between the cuffs is brought into a bend position. The straps are designed as a rubber band, and the cuffs comprise reinforcement elements (15, 25) that are designed as metal brackets. The rear cuff comprises rib tabs (12) that horizontally enclose a spine area of a wearer. The elastic straps are arranged at a lower arm of the arm cuff.
