The collector (10-1) has a fluid-transmissive absorber (12) absorbing light passing through a transparent covering (11). A fluid path (Fs) is filled with a working medium between the transparent covering and the absorber. A fluid-transmissive thermal insulation (13) is arranged between the transparent covering and the absorber. A lamp is arranged in the fluid path of the collector. The thermal insulation is extended along a surface of the absorber. Rod-shaped elements are arranged on the thermal insulation and the covering. An independent claim is also included for a solar heat collector system.
