The sole has openings (2) provided at foot reflex zones (a1-a8) in a sole body (1) on a foot side. Stimulating stones (3) i.e. precious and/or semiprecious stones, are inserted in the openings. The inserted stones face towards a foot sole, and are flattened. The stones are matched to the respective foot reflex zones according to a stimulating effect. The sole is adapted to a foot bed of a user. Stimulation produced by the stones act on the foot reflex zones. Blood circulation is stimulated by stretching and relaxing foot muscles during walking.
