The method involves molding a hollow portion of preset segment and specific segment. The specific segment is welded to the end face of the hollow portion by friction welding. The present segment is connected to a semi-finished shaft. The hollow portion provided with the through-hole is molded. The communicating portion is designed a solid block that is connected with the outer surface of the hollow portion to form the semi-finished shaft which is processed to form the shaft. An independent claim is included for shaft for pneumatic tool.
