The absorber (1) has three absorber elements (2, 5) whose front ends (3, 6) comprise coupling- and contact regions (4, 7) with three-dimensionally formed surface contours with projections (33) and interstices at a front end (3). One of the surface contours corresponds to the other surface contour. The projections and the interstices are formed for positive stacking of one of the absorber elements with the other absorber element. The projections of coupling- and contact regions are protruded in a stacking direction. The projections comprise a sinusoidal shaft contour along a ring. The absorber elements are made of thermoplastic elastomer e.g. thermoplastic polyurethane or silicone, timber, plastic, metal and/or a metal alloy. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a stand for acoustic decoupling of a phonographic apparatus from environment (2) a decoupling device for acoustic decoupling of a phonographic apparatus from environment (3) an oscillating mechanical system.
