The arrangement has an external main portion which is provided to cover underneath compartment of motor vehicle with predefined components as well as a functional component mounted on the fixed components (6). The functional component is located below external main portion in the space above fixed components and is attached to the main portion by fixing element. The fixed components are formed for realizing a relative displacement of the fixture in relation to main portion or fixed components in an impact to the external main portion. The functional component is pivotally attached.
