The textile pad (9) has a pad main portion which is adapted to connect with a metallic contact face of an electrode (3). A carrier is provided with an electrolyte which is impregnated on metallic contact face. A support portion of electrode is doped with silver. The pad main portion is provided with three layers of a felt cloth whose one side is formed with vapor-deposited silver in the form of square silver dots whose total dot area diameter is 25mm. The each silver dot is formed with a diameter of 1-3 mm and pitches of 1.3-4 mm, so as to form equilateral triangle shape.
