The pump has a pump housing (11) provided with a pump chamber (15), an inlet (17) and an outlet (18). An impeller (20) is provided with an impeller hinge. The impeller is arranged in a front portion of an outlet. A heating device (23) heats the fluid in the pump chamber. A heating element is extended parallel to an axis of rotation of the impeller. The heating element is arranged in the path of the conveyed medium from the impeller to the outlet. A cutout (29) is provided in a lateral wall (16) of the pump chamber. The heating element is sealingly applied along an entire edge.
