The holder (4) has a machine-side holder part (24) and a tool-side holder part (26) moved with each other in radial direction vertical to longitudinal direction. The two holder parts are connected in radial direction through a resilient connector (28). The connector is immovably secured at the holder parts. The connector is designed as a passive return part. Three rods are arranged in the connector. The holder parts comprise holes (32) with different bore diameters, so that rod with different diameters adjusts return force. A connecting pipe (30) is movably supported at the holder parts.
