Two electrodes (3) are arranged within the annular object. The electrodes comprise a metal core and a band or wire-shaped body wound around the metal core. The wire-shaped body comprises a metal wire and an insulating layer of an electrical non conductive cladding. The wire-shaped body comprises two terminals for connection with an electric power source. The electrodes are connected with the electric power source. The base body comprises a retainer.
