The load plate has support ring that supports confections taken up in receiving openings so that fall of confections from receiving openings is avoided. A sort plate portion (6) conveys the confections by rotation to desired position where support ring includes recess so that the confections in receiving openings falls out of the recess of support ring. A rotatable handoff disc is served together with a projection as support below receiving opening at recess of support ring so that the confections in receiving opening does not fall out of the recess of support ring.
