The blower has a vane mechanism (50) that is included with clipping seat (51,53) and guiding vanes (54) extending obliquely on clipping seat. A flame protector (60) is arranged in vane mechanism. The vane mechanism is to be expelled out of flame protector by passing air. A half-closed combustion chamber is formed by seat and protector. A thermal expansion of air is caused by heat in chamber. An external flow tube (80) is fixed in and extended out of shell (10). The heated air is discharged out from external flow tube to control heating range of area of main portion.
