Cosmetic agent, comprises a first phase comprising an aqueous phase that comprises at least one chemical oxidizing agent, and a second phase comprising at least 60 wt.% of hydrophobic oil phase that comprises isopropyl isostearate, hexyldecyl stearate and/or neutral oil (i.e. caprylic/capric triglyceride), where the two phases are present adjacently, and each phases are separated by a phase boundary. An independent claim is also included for kit of parts comprising at least two mutually-assembled separate containers, in which a first container (C1) has a cosmetic composition (M1) and a second container (C2) has a color changing composition (M2), where the color changing composition (M2) in a cosmetic carrier contains at least one color-modifying component, preferably at least one oxidation dye precursor.
