The board has a pigment-containing polystyrene such as expanded polystyrene (EPS) or extruded polystyrene (XPS) containing adhered spherical particles. The boundary surface has several spherical particles whose sectional area includes pigments and the absorption coefficient of the first boundary surface of sunlight is less than the absorption coefficient of the second boundary surface for sunlight. The pigmented spherical particles have average pigment weight ratio of pigments to the total weight of the spherical particles in specific range.
