The pipe switch (1) has shut-off portion (3) that is projected into flow portion (2) of pipe line for closing flow path (w) of fluid. The shut-off portion rotated about rotation axis is rotatably supported between closed position and open position. A diaphragm device (5) has sealing unit (6) that is sealed in sealing direction from inside to outside against the housing (4) of flow portion. A diaphragm (7) in diaphragm device is provided along sealing direction for preventing back-flow of fluid due to liquid pressure transferring effect provided to shut-off portion.
