The workbench has a receptacle (5) to receive a sheet to be shaped. A working plane e.g. table, has stops (6) arranged on a part of circumference of the receptacle. The stops maintain in position a portion (4`) of a connection (4) e.g. ribbon, that is stretched around the receptacle using two clips (7), to tie up the sheet around a stem of a flower bouquet and/or plant. An independent claim is also included for a process of packing a flower bouquet and/or plant.
