It describes a catalyst comprising at least one binder and at least one crystalline material, with hierarchical porosity and organized in the fields of the micropores and mesopores said crystallized material consisting of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said particles comprising a matrix based on silicon oxide mesostructured, having a diameter of mesopores between 1,5 and 30 nm and having walls and crystallized microporous thickness of between 1 and 60 nm, said spherical particles étémentaires having a maximum diameter of 200 microns. The catalyst is used in a process for oligomerization of olefinic feedstock that contains hydrocarbon molecules having from 2 to 12 carbon atoms per molecule.
