The system has two plastic parts including a body (10), a cover plate (200), and contact zones that are separated by a molding part (210) such as foam and felt. The molding part is made of a vibration damping rubber material i.e. elastomer, and integrated with the body and the cover plate, so that assembling of the parts avoids generation of parasite noise. One of the parts is fixed on a vehicle. The other part carries assembling clips (30), and is fixed by clipping the latter part on the former part. The elastomer is ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer or thermoplastic polyurethane.
