METHOD AND INSTALLATION FOR INCREASING PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION DURING HEATING OR DRYING OF VARIOUS PRODUCTS

The method involves performing a heating and thermal drying operation, where heat is transmitted to products (1) found outside a heating and thermal drying enclosure (2). The heating of air is obtained by recovery of heat from air extracted from the enclosure using an air-to-air heat exchanger (5). The recovery of heat is obtained using a coolant/air exchanger. The heating of the product is realized by conduction with heating tables and cylinders and/or by convection. The injection of the hot air is made using caissons (11, 12) provided with perforations placed near a surface of the product. An independent claim is also included for an installation for allowing to increase production capacity of a manufacturing line comprising a closed and insulated enclosure.
