The machine has an air and water supply system for supplying temperate or cold water from a tank (9) to water points according to a request. A water recovery and discharge system recovers and discharges the wastewater from the water points on filming plates using a flexible pipe on another tank (10). 40 liter barrel of a compressor provides the water supply to the water points, and assures the discharge of the wastewater from the latter tank.
