The case (1) has a housing (4) and a set of openings (13) for passing cables (30) arranged in the housing. Flexible skirts (40) are provided near one of the set of openings or each opening. Each skirt is arranged with a mounting system (60) for mounting the skirt on the housing, and a tightening system (50) for tightening the skirt around the cables extending into the housing through the openings. The skirt is deformable between a set of different configurations.
