The present invention relates to a two-phase fluid flow meter for cryogenic gas / liquid comprising: - a phase separator liquid / gas, preferably consisting of a vessel (1), in the upper part of which is admitted into the cryogenic liquid; - a sensor of the liquid flow (21), located on a main liquid in fluid communication with the lower part of the vessel, the tank being placed in the high position (h) in the space with respect to the sensor of the liquid flow (21); - a pipe gas, in fluid communication with the upper part of the vessel, provided with a valve gas (12); and - a device for measuring the level of liquid in the tank, preferably comprising two level sensors: a sensor (3) of low level and a sensor (2) to high level.
