Each seat is provided with a handlebar, and connected to a turning barrel by a seat support arm that is connected to a support vault. A mechanism allows the seats to pass from one position to another position, where the seat support arms of the seats in folded up position are used as a mating plane to the plate. The seat support arms support the handlebars of the seats in position by jamming.
