The method involves prefabricating modules (10) of a concrete basin (12) in factory, in an industrial manner, where the basin includes two end modules (14, 16) with associated base walls (28). Multi-stage profiles are conferred to the end modules during manufacturing. The end modules encased one in the other are transported. An adapted excavation is formed on a site, and the modules are juxtaposed in the excavation. Sealing units are arranged in the basin. An independent claim is also included for a concrete basin.
