The method involves casting a mold of a wheel having a eutectic alloy structure and small grain size (10) using aluminum alloy. The resultant casting wheel is demolded. Surface treatment is performed (20) to clean the wheel. Mechanical surface treatment is carried out (50, 60) in a selected region of the wheel. The surface is etched to locally demolded grain structure to provide a grayscale appearance to the surface. Another surface treatment is performed (70) to clean an impeller wheel. An iron chloride solution is used for surface treatment process.
