The device has an energy restitution unit (5) collecting and storing energy in the form of electric power. A charging box (6) is fixed at photovoltaic panels (2, 3). A management box (7) is placed in an electronic storage battery (4) and the energy restitution unit. The electronic storage battery is housed in one of the boxes. The charging box is dimensioned to accommodate the photovoltaic panels during transport and to accommodate the management box during charging of the battery. The management box presents openings in bottom of the device.
