The dumper has a fixed frame (10) supporting a floor (104), and two guide rails (108) parallel to the fixed frame and extending under the fixed frame. A tilting frame (11) is connected to a chassis (20) of a vehicle (2), where the tilting frame includes two guide bars (110) slidably receiving the guide rails. A jack (12) causes the tilting frame to tilt from a horizontal position to a tilting position. Another jack (13) causes the sliding of the fixed frame on the guide bars of the tilting frame between a stowed position and a deployed position in which the fixed frame is offset backward.
